- Develops effective strategies and procedures for Cebu Pacific.
- Negotiates and manages business expansion.
- Ensures strength of leadership bench thru identification of high potential graduates, and inculcation of CEB’s core values and leadership attributes.
- Open for opportunities for rotation and exposure to different departments which will enable the Trainees to connect and recognizes the impact of each team in the structure of the entire organization.
- Promotes camaraderie and direct transfer of learning between the current Management Committee to future frontrunners.
- Encourages mastery of planning, organizing, continuous learning, and leading techniques thru fulfilment of special projects and tasks that will improve the current state of different processes in the assigned areas of responsibility.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate or is part of the graduating batch of 2017.
- He/she must be a graduate of any business course.
- Must have latin commendation and is an active member of any school organization.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must be willing to based at Pasay City, Manila

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
CEB is the largest carrier in the Philippine air transportation industry, offering low-cost services to more destinations and routes with higher flight frequency within the Philippines than any other airline. CEB currently offers flights to 36 Philippine and 30 international destinations, spanning Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and USA.
CEB operates a 57-strong fleet of 49 Airbus (7 A319, 36 A320 and 6 A330) and 8 ATR 72-500 aircraft, one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2016 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of 32 Airbus A321neo, two Airbus A330, and 16 ATR 72-600 aircraft orders. It began long-haul services in the 3rd quarter of 2013.
