Quality Management System Assistant  

The Quality Management System Assistant is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Quality Management System of the entire CDC. He ensures that all established standards of the company are strictly complied with at all times. All activities must be made in strict compliance to establish Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, company policies, procedures, Core Values, and regulatory requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all operational aspect of the Quality Management ; provide necessary inputs to enhance efficiencies
• Develop and strictly implement QMS plans, schedules, policies and procedures
• Propose/facilitate the establishment of quality standard program as needed and required by the company.
• Professionally work with standard certifying bodies in the performance of particular services to the company
• Manage trainings and seminars on company established standards; coordinate with Human Resource Department
• Manage and conduct quality an audit within CDC plant sites and to company’s based on QMS standards and corporate specifications.
• Coordinate with other concerned parties in the execution of all authorized internal and external audits.
• Ensure that effective corrective action to quality audit findings are undertaken by parties concerned.
• Manage the investigation process affecting departments’ performance and efficiency; analyze and report results to the Chief Operating Officer; recommend possible solution and preventive measures.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Industrial, and Mechanical, Management or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing of tableware and/or extensive background in any food contact industry.
• Formal qualification in auditing would be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fresh graduated with good scholastic records are welcome to apply.
• Has knowledge on the principles of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and other food safety standards.
