Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Follow the company standard operating procedure when giving assistance to Food Service Specialist, Sales Manager, and Sales Director in preparing quotation, agreement contracts, filing of documents, and giving administrative support to internal and external customers.
- Maintains good relationship with the established clientele and provide necessary assistance as needed.
- Maintain complete records of all quotation confirmation, purchase orders, and samples for return are properly tracked.
- Assist Sales Manager in preparing Sales Report.
- Attend (and prepare for) weekly sales meetings and other meetings as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business/Management or any related course.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to different situations with the ability to multi-task and can manage to work well under pressure.
- Experience with retail management software is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records.
