Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Assists in day to day tasks of executives that include:
- Answering emails, corresponding to clients, business partners, and company.
- Scheduling meetings and managing executive calendar requests.
- Performing data pulls and basic analysis from system
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Must be a quick learner & demonstrate "can- do" & bias-for action" attitude
- Must be proficient in MS excel and word.
