Tenant Placement Specialists help put tenants in the homes Castle manages. As a Tenant Placement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Making sure a vacant property is ready for marketing
- Coordinating professional photos
- Performing background checks and verifying income
- Offering and sending out leases
- Turning signed leases into tenants
- Renewing leases for already-placed tenants
