Coordination

• Accommodate appointment requests of potential patient due for Executive Check Up.
• Ensure all necessary information about the patient is taken.
• Responsible for booking the appointment schedule and ECU package chosen by the patient.
• Ensure availability and timely booking of room for the ECU patient due for consultation or admission and make adjustments if necessary.
• Ensure timely coordination of appointment with the Physician required of the package.
• Ensure timely release of admitting orders.
• Coordinate the required procedures and schedule of the patient with the servicing Ancillary Department.

Patients Admission/Check-up

• Accompany patient to the reserved room and ensure proper endorsement to the Head Nurse. Responsible for monitoring the patient‘s itinerary.
• Ensure timely meeting and consultation with the Physicians.
• See to it that medical summary of the patient is accomplished, completed and collected within 48 hours from time of consultation.
• Ensure that scheduled appointment for various tests and procedure in Ancillary is complied with.

Records Management

• Collate all consultation and medical test/ procedure results.
• Ensure all results are intact and included in the patient’s chart or medical monitor for outpatients for reference of the Physicians.
• Responsible for sending the check-up result to the patients’ nominated mailing address.
• Ensure that check-up results are delivered or picked-up within 5 days after his ECU schedule.
• Manage recording and safekeeping of all test/procedure results.
• Ensure confidentiality of all patient records.
• See to it that details (date delivered/picked-up and recipient) of the released ECU results are recorded and monitored.
• Responsible for managing the database of ECU patient.
• Manage the Annual Patient Reminder Folder for ECU schedule notification or follow-up the following year.
• Manage the ECU Birthdays Folder.

Payment Collection

• Responsible for the collection of ECU patients’ payments.
• Report ECU collections or revenues including corporate accounts due.

Others

• Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Must be a graduate of BS Nursing
• Knowledgeable in MS Office programs
