Business Analyst (Project Based)  

Job Summary:

This role is for a 12-month project only.

Reports directly to R&D Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with the team and with other groups.
• Work with organization members to audit, identify quality problems, and improve operational processes.
• Has strategic planning, business model analysis
• Exposure to data modeling
• Experience working in virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrixed organizations
• Capability to learn rapidly, and to structure problem solving approaches efficiently
• Identifying the current- and future-state business processes

Job Requirements:

• He / She can be a fresh graduate or having less than 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Groom and manage a system feature backlog to ensure hygiene and continuation of planning rhythms
• Experience with SQL (Expert a plus)
• Communication / critical thinking skills
• Familiar with Agile Development / Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiar with JIRA bug tracking tool
• Experience with presentation, requirements elicitation
• Able to organise documentations
• Able to suggest solutions and improvements to the handled projects
