- Recruitment and Selection - directs and ensure that properly qualified employees are recruited, hired and trained.
- Job Classification - accurately develops job or position description and placement, ensuring proper performance appraisal of the specific duties.
- Employee Relation - ensures fair, positive and equitable treatment of all employees through compliance with government regualtions, in-house training programs. promotes understanding and good relationship by opening the lines of communication between the management and employees.
- Employee Discipline - Conducts investigation and prepares violation reports to employee with offense violated company policy.
- Employee Record - creates and maintains forms and files to ensure adequate documentation for employment purposes.
- Compensation and Benefits - develops, recommends and administer programs thta are equitable and competitive which meet company objectives
- Ensures and oversees compliance to all government mandated wages and benefits including reporting requirements
- Prepares and issues memorandum and circular prescribing operation policies, rules and regulations in the implementation of company policy and measures approved and/or adopted by the Company.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with government and private officials, non-government ninstitute, and the general public.
- Formulates, recommends and implements procedural or policy changes if necessary.
- Plans, organizes and directs the work activities of the HR Department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have extensive knowledge about the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment process and strategies, policy making and implementation, training and development, organizational development and other aspects of HR.
- Personal qualities of integrity, honesty, lloyalty and dedication to the company.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferably residing near Metro Manila, Makati, Taguig
