Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts customer needs analysis and presents the best possible solutions;
- Understands a product’s functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them;
- Determines the best products to meet the requirements of a customer;
- Provides technical expertise on products and/or service;
- Trains colleagues and sales personnel on basic technical aspects of a product and/or service;
- Has an in-depth technical knowledge about the products;
- Sends technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes;
- Monitors day to day sales performance;
- Ensures the timely reporting of issues/incidents;
- Ensures that all policies and operational standards and procedures are adhered with all the time;
- Works closely with the Sales Manager on goal setting / exchange of ideas to maximize sales;
- Attends to any customer complaints and concerns;
- Promotes team spirit and problem solving to achieve sales targets and company goals;
- Attends general meetings, and seminars;
- Demonstrates commitment to company values in all activities/undertakings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least one (1) year of working sales experience in agricultural-based products is required for this position and track record of over-achieving quota;
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture or its equivalent;
- With strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills;
- Must be a team player; flexible and customer oriented;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is an advantage;
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle and must be willing to do regular fieldwork.
