Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Budgeting for the next years related to operation division
- Analyze data related to operations that can support branches and areas
- Evaluate the collection team's incentives
- Coordinate with vendors
- Create a work program/project related to workflow efficiency in the branch and/or operation area
- Monitoring the disbursement of incentive
- Ensuring the development of subordinates in order to achieve performance targets
- Responsible for approval related to employement (absence, performance evaluation, promotion, punishment, rotation, etc)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required skill(s): Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), SQL, Tableau
