Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The HR Associate is tasked to ensure effective communication within the organization. The individual will also handle events and recruitment as needed.
Communication
- Implementation of internal and external communication strategies relating to employee experience, company culture, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent, and executive announcements/ presentations.
- Write, edit, and proof various communications and content as needed, including but not limited to intranet content, internal announcements, recruitment, and other informational content.
- Proof and edit various HR communications, messages, and employee-related documents for clarity and consistency; ensure all communications are aligned with HR/ corporate brand identity
Events Management
- Organizing and identifying opportunities to improve employees according to organization’s need and direction.
Sourcing and Recruitment
- Source and identify potential talents for the company’s requirementsThe HR Associate is tasked to ensure effective communication within the organization. The individual will also handle events and recruitment as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related course
- Technologically proficient
- High proficiency in the English language
- Work requires professional written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in writing collaterals and executive messages
- Ability to communicate and interact with C-level personnel
- Work requires independence and initiative
