Merchandising Associate | Exclusive  

Responsible for reaching the Exclusive Sales Target. He/She is also responsible in coordinating all concerns and orders of exclusive customers.

Specific Duties

• Reports to Sales Head
• Create Yearly Sales Plan for the Existing Clients;
• Responsible for conducting telemarketing and ocular visit on both new and existing customers;
• Ensures that Sales Order must be served within its agreed deadline;
• Make quotations for exclusive customers;
• Assists local and international customers;
• Coordinates with the MPC and Production regarding exclusive customer’s order;
• Presentation of artworks, designs and samples to exclusive item
• Closely monitors sales and inventory of exclusive items;
• Performs marketing duties from time to time to attract more customers;
• Responsible for background checking of the clients
• Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established
• Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
• Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time

• Must be a Marketing graduate or any related course
• With 1-2 years experience in the same field of work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the sales & marketing processes
• Must be familiar with all the products of the company
• Must be highly organized, systematic, competitive and team-centered
• With good communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to work with all the levels in the organization
• Must be computer literate
