Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties:
- Create and implement an onboarding roadmap for all new clients within the vertical, matching customer business requirements with the right delivery solutions
- Manage interaction with client stakeholders in a consulting and technical leadership capacity
- Manage SMEs and Specialists based on internal and clients’ needs
- Develop and implement training and quality assurance programs for new and existing employees
- Optimize and/or establish policies and business processes of the Customer Support vertical to improve performance against defined service level agreements with clients

Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in leading 24/7 service desk and/or technical SaaS support teams
- Ability to develop detailed project implementation plans and work breakdown structures
- Ability to generate and analyze customer-facing & internal reports and has in-depth understanding of common KPIs in customer support for eCommerce and SaaS companies
- Hands-on mentality, readiness to start big things small
