Associate Product Designer  

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for the digital products and services of ErudiFi. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UX researchers, to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from ideation to execution, and will use your skills and expertise to create beautiful and functional designs that delight our users.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Shape the user experience of our web and mobile products by optimizing usability, navigation, and information architecture. Ensure that our products are intuitive, easy to use, and meet the needs of our target audience.
• Design the workflow of our products, starting from the product concept and progressing through user interviews, storyboards, wireframes, user testing, and validation. Use a user-centered approach to ensure that our products are designed to meet the needs of our target audience, and that the workflow is optimized for usability and efficiency.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, and others to rapidly prototype high-fidelity clickable mock-ups and wireframes. Use these prototypes to test product concepts on users and gather feedback to refine the product design.
• Lead and conduct regular, in-depth user research using a variety of methods, including focus group discussions, surveys, usability testing, and in-depth interviews. Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and preferences.
• Identifying and creating user personas that define problems and help prioritize the value the product to its users
• Contribute to and maintain design systems to achieve design scalability and consistency across multiple products. Develop and implement design patterns, guidelines, and principles that ensure a cohesive and unified user experience across all our products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design system is aligned with the product vision and strategy, and that it meets the needs of our users and stakeholders. Continuously monitor and iterate the design system to ensure that it remains relevant and effective as the company evolves and grows.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, graphic design, interaction design, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing digital products and services.
• Strong portfolio that showcases your visual, design skills and processes.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
• Understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create high-quality, pixel-perfect designs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Knowledge of design systems and design thinking methodologies
• Ability to lead design projects from concept to launch
• Experience in FinTech products is nice to have
