- Acts as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Manages diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Books and arranges travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizes events and conferences.
- Reminds the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Types, compiles and prepares reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manages databases and filing systems.
- Implements and maintains procedures/administrative systems.
- Collates and files expenses.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Management, or any Business course.
- With at least 2-3 years work experience as a generalist in a fast-paced environment.
- Has knowlrdge in task management and planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
