Bank BTPN IDEAS (Interns Development, Enhancement and Acceleration Space)

Internship in Bank BTPN is more than what it sounds like. There is no brewing coffee for your senior, spending most of your time in the copier room, or just sitting around with nothing to work and learn from.

We help you gain fundamental knowledge and experience in dealing with a real-life problem, solving it, and creating an even bigger positive outcome from it.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and defend designs and key milestones deliverables to workstream and senior stakeholder
  • Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary workstream and collaborating on user experience planning with product team
  • Can work together well as a team.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Willing to start the Internship in February 2023 for 12 months
  • Final-year undergraduate student at university or fresh graduate no longer than 3 months after graduation date by February
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Figma illustrator, Sketch or other visual design tools
  • Demonstrable UX and UI design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Knowledge of design thinking, design tools and design methods
  • Confident and concise communication skills and the ability to think conceptually but support ideas with rationale and logic to meet customer and business objectives
