Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Planning and designing product as solutions for business and personal customers
- Develop and manage the solutions in particular product program.
- Lead respective squad and ensure its delivery achieve its target on quality, timeline and budget.
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance both including app and business performance.
- Continuously improving the solutions according customer’s requirements.
- Ensure team working and positive working climate.
- Coordinate with other respective units / partners to ensure product delivery and business performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in retail industry or financial industry.
- In particular, at least 3 years experience in the product delivery of Digital / Mobile app solution and BNPL Product will be advantage.
- Deep understanding in Google Sprint Design / Design thinking and Agile Scrum methodology.
- Ability to interpret and understand related financial / banking regulations, policies and procedures; and educate members about their loan product options.
- Agile mindset and way of working, positive attitude, high discipline and accountable.
- High ability in executing ideas and leading team for high performance.
- Good interpersonal skills and experience managing through influence rather than authority.
