Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of various technical training programs across the organization
- Establish and provide comprehensive technical training to new hires and regular employees, as well as to newly engaged or existing independent contractors on-site and head office
- Establish and document technical training modules
- Establish competency-based evaluation forms and other metrics to assess performance
- Administer evaluation of performance competency thru written, oral, and practical examinations post-training and/or during branch visits
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate, preferably in Business Management, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or Education.
- with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in training or any customer-related establishments
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be willing to travel and work extended hours as necessary
