Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for maintaining the store’s operational standards.
- Ensures positive over-all performance of the store in terms of revenue and service.
- Perform effective sales strategies, people motivation, service excellence and cost management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A minimum of 2 years relevant supervisory/managerial experience in any customer-related establishment;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Dynamic, results-oriented and with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- With strong leadership and management skills;
- Must be proficient in various office and operations software;
- Must be willing to be assigned to various branches from time to time.
