Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities to meet the hiring /engagement requirements of the company.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Monitors all job openings and prepares timely job postings in all appropriate venues and media
- Assess applicant's fitness in terms of communication, personality and attitude, relevant knowledge for the job, skills, and work experiences
- Conducts relevant background checks and investigation on applicant or candidates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Psychology or Behavioral Science
- With at least 1-year work experience in recruitment handling managerial and supervisory positions
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- People-oriented and with good work ethics
- Must be highly organized and keen to detail
- Must be proficient in various office software
