Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Scout for applicants using job portals and others
- Schedules and coordinates with applicant the schedule of interview.
- Conducts phone screens/interviews and confirmation.
- Handle employee relation and events
- Provides assistance to HR Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development and Business Administration.
- Ability to contribute with team effort.
- Proficient in MS Office and email.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
