Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Familiar with the E Commerce market and Internet industry and entertainment campaign projects, understand the creative process of brand IP content, and be responsible for the conceptual planning and content quality control of marketing projects;
- Responsible for the development and monitoring of website and brand content standards
- Guided and led the content department team to implement specific creative plans;
- Focus on supervising the implementation of creative ideas and completing other creative work of the company;
- Monitored the whole process of campaign effectiveness, output, ensured the management and control of project cost, time control, personnel arrangement and professional effect.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years relevant working experience in marketing creative campaign and project production; Experiences in handling Campaign Project is a big plus
- Have a rich experiences in handling E Commerce or Startup Campaign from planning until generating GMV & Revenue
- Have good planning ability and writing skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of early planning, middle execution and late packaging
- Have the ability to integrate advertising strategies and creativity, and be competent for the creative and executive guidance of digital interaction and video;
- Good teamwork ability, serious and responsible for work, able to complete work tasks with high efficiency and high quality;
- Good communication skills, strong team leadership and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
- Mature works completed independently, please provide works portofolio when sending resumes.
- Highly Profficient in English communication is a must
