Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle customer queries and concerns by providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible for answering queries and customers' concerns including constant communication about the status of their complaints or cases through various communication channels such as email, text & call.
- Provide solutions to customers' concerns by monitoring and constant follow-ups to the stakeholders until the problems have been resolved.
- Update reports by encoding received complaints and urgent concerns to the Masterfile.
- Perform administrative tasks such as transmittal of documents, writing correspondence to the stakeholders when needed.
- Help the customer service section by attending monthly meetings and performing other duties necessary for the smooth operation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration major in Marketing Management
- Must have at least 1-year of work experience related to customer service.
- Must have above-average communication and customer service skills.
- Must be customer-oriented and has an ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
