Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for checking of ongoing housing units or land development.
- Preparation of units for occupancy.
- Responsible for the timely completion and issuance of materials for repair works.
- Responsible for the issuance of non-compliance report and monitoring of rectifications.
- Ensure proper adherance to construction safety regulations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be at least High School and/or Vocational Graduate.
- Must have related work experience in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Knowledgeable in reading engineering plans.
- Driving experience is an advantage but not required.
- Computer literate.
