Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive pre-signed documents envelop from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepare batching pre-signed documents, documentary requirements for Certificate Authorizing Registration application docketing. Transfer Tax and all its payments.
- Receive Transfer Certificate Title from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepare to batch of Transfer Certificate Title and its documentary requirements for the transfer of title at the registry of deed together with all its payments.
- Receive converted Transfer Certificate of Title from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepare documentary requirements for trust deed transfer and all its payment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Must be a team player and a fast learner.
- Eagerness to learn and has initiative.
- Must be organized and detail-focused.
- Candidate must have a sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
