Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitate the success of organization by directing, controlling, supervising the support services of the organization.
- Perform general admin functions which include HR, Purchasing, Accounting and other support
- Meet the need of the organization by recruiting and retaining talents.
- Provide development programs to help staff and managers accomplish their goals.
- Ensure performance management processes are designed and executed to align and maximize people’s performance with the goals of the organization.
- Administer policies, guidelines and programs effectively and efficiently to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company, while maintaining internal customer satisfaction and meeting budget constraints.
- Find the best supplier that can give best cost but meets quality standards of the company.
- Perform functions related to the recording, billing, follow up and collection of orders and other accounting functions
- Perform audits to obtain reasonable assurance about whether reports are free of material misstatement, whether caused by error or fraud.
- Act as audit to ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management related course.
- Must have at least 5 years related work experience to the position.
- Excellent management skills.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Clerical/Administrativesupport or equivalent.
- Candidate should be highly organized, logical, accurate with good communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
- Willing to wok in C&L Decor, a sister company of Borland Development Corporation.
