Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for project estimation and preparation.
- Auditing and checking of units on site.
- Turnover of units to Buyers.
- Coordinator of old Subdivision.
- Responsible for billing of Job Orders.
- Performs awarding of job orders to contractors.
- Responsible for addressing customer complaint.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any business related course.
- Possess driving skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Knowledgeable on customer service and has background on construction.
- Willing to be assigned in any area of the projects.
