Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for preparing weekly commission report.
- Entertain complaints over the counter and through phone calls.
- Responsible for issuance of for in house payment and recording.
- Receives over the counter and online promissory note and tagging in the system.
- Issues endorsement letter and updates master file.
- Checking and updating new reservation.
- Performs encoding the temporary and permanent schedules in system.
- Checking buyer's status of payment and approval of in house clearance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
- Possess strong work ethic.
- Ability top work within a group and in harmony.
- Optimistic and good team player.
- Can work in a fast paced environment.
- Initiative and flexible.
