Field Operations Specialist | Cebu

As a Safety Officer

• Provide advice, information and instruction on local OHS issues. Helps promote OHS awareness.
• Help manage risk and hazards in their area
• Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measure.
• Review and analyze injury and incident reports and data
• Inspecting workplaces to investigate accidents, causes of ill-health and complaints
• Inspecting workplaces to enforce safety laws
• Examining ways to improve health and safety standards

As Cargo Representative

• Sending RFQ and collating costing from supplier
• Route Survey according to companies’ standard and client requirement
• Preparing load plans for containers, barge, truck
• Monitoring of delivery and reporting
• Supervise out of town delivery and discharging
• Supervise stripping and stuffing operations
• Escort of heavy lift deliveries
• Pick-up and delivery of cargoes
• Monitor all container both COC, SOC for on time return and pull-out
• Reports and monitor all container movements and location and keep updated record of all container inventory
• Supervise Barge/LCT Operations
• Submission of all corresponding reports both internally and externally
• Other tasks deem necessary for the operations

• A graduate of any 4 year course.
• BOSH Certified
• With good oral and written communication skills.
• With Driver’s license 1,2
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
• Has good brainstorming skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with own TM’s ,principals,affiliates,clients and government agencies.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to his/her industry
