Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Supervise the entire operations of Sea freight, Airfreight and local distribution teams:
* Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import, export and local activities
* Responsible for the entire operations/functions of the Import, Export and Local distribution Department
* Head the operations team during month end closing
* Ensure that KPI target of both team are achieved
* Conducts monthly meeting (Operational matters) with Ops Supervisors
* Establish and update procedures/work instructions of the Department to meet customer/business requirements
2. Review the performance of suppliers and service providers
* Validates and approves subcontractor's expenses which are not included in the agreed rates and ensures the same will be billed to customers
* Conducts regular audits and checks of suppliers in their premises or facilities
3. Coordinate with different department on Operations matter
* Coordinate with Finance for any operations matter
* Coordinate with OCD on Pegasus operational issues
* Reviews and approves write-off for JCA reported to Operations Controller
4. Conducts quarterly visits with clients together with Customer Service
5. Monitors status of Corrective and Preventive Actions within Operations
6. Monitors Profit Sharing allocations, and checks the Job Files for any PS irregularities
7. Coordinate with the concerned Department/Agencies for the immediate Customs Clearance and delivery of urgent shipments and update customers from time to time
8. Acts as the QHSE Management Representative (QHSE MR)
9. Comply with the company requirements related to QHSE.
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Business Administration, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• Has a minimum of five (5) years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in the industry
• Good leadership and customer relation skills
• Highly proficient in oral and written communications
• With good moral character
• Fast learner on various data and referential software
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
