Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the entire operations of Sea freight, Airfreight and local distribution teams:
- Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import, export and local activities
- Responsible for the entire operations/functions of the Import, Export and Local distribution Department
- Head the operations team during month end closing
- Ensure that KPI target of both team are achieved
- Conducts monthly meeting (Operational matters) with Ops Supervisors
- Establish and update procedures/work instructions of the Department to meet customer/business requirements
- Review the performance of suppliers and service providers
- Validates and approves subcontractor's expenses which are not included in the agreed rates and ensures the same will be billed to customers
- Conducts regular audits and checks of suppliers in their premises or facilities
- Coordinate with different department on Operations matter
- Coordinate with Finance for any operations matter
- Coordinate with OCD on Pegasus operational issues
- Reviews and approves write-off for JCA reported to Operations Controller
- Conducts quarterly visits with clients together with Customer Service
- Monitors status of Corrective and Preventive Actions within Operations
- Monitors Profit Sharing allocations, and checks the Job Files for any PS irregularities
- Coordinate with the concerned Department/Agencies for the immediate Customs Clearance and delivery of urgent shipments and update customers from time to time
- Acts as the QHSE Management Representative (QHSE MR)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Business Administration, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
- Has a minimum of five (5) years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in the industry
- Good leadership and customer relation skills
- Highly proficient in oral and written communications
- With good moral character
- Fast learner on various data and referential software
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
