What you will do...
- Efficiently research press releases and regulatory filings for information on mergers and acquisitions to identify key transaction data for the TagniFi M&A database.
- Enter the transaction data accurately in the TagniFi system. Items to be collected include:
- Acquirer (Buyer)
- Target (Seller)
- Transaction Value
- Consideration (cash, stock, etc.)
- Announcement Date
- Closing Date
- Transaction Advisors (investment banks, attorneys, etc.)
- Transaction Status (announced, closed, canceled, etc.)
- Transaction Multiples (revenue, EBITDA, net income, etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
You are...
- Familiar with corporate transactions and M&A.
- Graduated in finance or accounting is preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Experient in collecting data.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
