Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build feasibility study for new potential locations.
- Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
- Defining business requirements in liaison with the Business Development Associate
- Create financial projections and develop new financial arrangements/schemes with various stakeholders of the business, especially project investors.
- Maintain master data and database for the site acquisition process
- Prepare and maintain SOP in the Business Development department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 1-years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Having experience as a Business development/analyst in property developer or the property industry will be a plus
- Having experience in building market analysis and business profitability
- Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics for business calculation
- Excellent communication skills
- You are a high-energy individual
- You have a high business acumen skill
- You are an enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and have the ability to learn quickly
- Data-centric person
- You are interested in assessing business opportunities and risks
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
