- Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
- Submits and implement training plan, budget, strategic plans and training directions
- Develops and monitors training programs within an organization.
- Supervises technical training for staff
- Conducts orientation sessions for Managers and Group Head positions
- Creates brochures and training materials
- Oversees development of multimedia visual aids, e-learning presentations, testing, and evaluation processes
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Provides performance feedback
- Conducts continuing education training.
- Provides leadership development education
- Builds solid cross-functional relationships
- Provides logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management
- Plans the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
