Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Consolidate all employee data
- Prepare payroll, including computations for SSS Philhealth and Pagibig.
- Handle employees issues on lates, absences, leaves,etc.
- Be the liaison officer between management and employees on related issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent people skills
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- WIlling to work overtime
- Must have previously worked as an HR supervisor for a year
- Must have excellent people skills
