Head of Workforce Management  

The purpose of this role is to lead the Work Force Management Division.You will be responsible for managing the end to end process regarding work force planning and infrastructure, providing direction and evolving the roadmap given the complexity of market trends/ opportunities.

Responsibility:

• Assist and support the SVP of Customer Management to define strategy and direction for Blibli.com Work Force Management
• Create best capacity plan for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, and Cost Effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of planned and required headcount in each of the skills week over week. Keep track of skills wise movements and Attrition to make decisions about internal movements/Job postings and Hiring plan
• Fully leverage existing technology and build new scheduling platforms and models to help business achieve success
• Develop and improve forecasting models using data analysis and statistical tools.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 3 years managing a team;
• Proven experience in managing & improving Workforce Management;
• Experience working in fast paced environment;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
