IT Support Specialist  

• Services (Exchange Online) and Office Applications (Office 365),
• Support the ongoing operation of Exchange Online and Office 365, and related technologies including SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow and other related services,
• Be accountable for the security and reliability of Exchange Online and Office 365 systems and services,
• Partner with business units to evaluate and drive adoption of new capabilities for Office 365 and related tools, services and systems,
• Participate in the strategic planning, evaluation, selection, and recommendation of initiatives related to Office 365 and Exchange Online,
• Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements. Documentation will include system topologies, operating instructions and disaster recovery procedures for new and changed infrastructure,
• Provide exceptional service to consumers of the technologies you are accountable for.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information System / IT or relevant field. Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a related field

• SharePoint knowledge highly valued
• ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge and experience a plus
