Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Liaison with BD team on operational side discussion with the vendor or new business representative
- Make piloting/trial plan together with BD and new business representative
- Planning on resources include determining who the stakeholder
- Make coordinating action between all stakeholder to execute pilot
- Evaluation on piloting, making necessary recommendation
- Planning, coordinating, executing and controlling scaling up (rollout) new business
- Help planning local community acquisition and community engagement pilot
- Coordinating and executing local, regional and national community
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have (and proven) record on planning and executing the business plan
- Must have (and proven) record on managerial or supervision job role
- Have knowledge about FMCG business or EComm business
- Able to think out of the box, have a lot of creative ideas, and attractive
- Have wide relation with the various community would be an advantage
- Heavy traveling required
