Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles cash, credit or check transactions with customers
- Scans products and collects payments
- Ensures prices are correct
- Issues change, receipts, refunds
- Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is an appropriate change
- Resolves customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Bags items carefully
- Greets customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Keeps reports of transactions
- Processes returns and check to see if items are damaged
- Answers customers' questions if necessary
- Nicely deals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other tasks that may be duly assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates should be a high school, vocational course or bachelor's degree graduate
- With an experience as a cashier
- Experience handling sport products is a plus
- With acceptable communication/interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in one of the following places; Fairview, Alabang or The Fort
