Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote new products or services and engage customers in conversation.
- Inform prospective clients on benefits and other product features of the campaign product.
- Answer any question that the potential customer asks to the best of ability
- Encodes and reviews information captured from calls made and inputted in the system.
- Sets scheduled dates and times for the Sales reps to meet the prospective customers.
- Records daily appointment or service activities. Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate Supervisor.
- Responsible for achieving agreed-upon target and productivity levels that support the company's targets.
- Responsible for maintaining and projecting a professional image when contacting the customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be fluent in english communication
- Preferably with experience doing outbound calls or exposed to call center environment
- Can work on graveyard shift schedule
- Knowledge about IT is a plus, but not required
- Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
