Be part of one of the leading wholesale baking companies in the Philippines that has become part of the Filipino snack fare! We are in need of Group Sales Manager who will be responsible in:
- Overseeing the sales operation
- Ensuring that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded
- Establishing, maintaining and acquiring new customers to increase business opportunities
- Hiring, developing and motivating sales personnel
- Tracking record in account and area development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Driving Skills
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Strong leadership background
- Willing to travel inter-region territories
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City
