Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish rental rate by surveying local rentals rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals;
- Attracts and negotiate with tenants as well as maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints;
- Maintains building system by getting maintenance services, supervising repairs;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends; and
- Assist the top management in attending the different meeting in property business promotion.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have an experience as a Property Manager or Supervisroy background in managing properties
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure
- Highly mobilize (available to travel at any needed time)
