Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coach & guide technical implementation for engineering team.
- Technical ownership of one or more than one specific solution area(s).
- Prioritization of technical tasks as well as technical debt.
- Collaborate with engineering & product teams to identify the business needs and translate them to technical requirements.
- Conduct, manage and enforce regular code reviews.
- Enforce good practices like code review, proper unit tests, code coverage, design pattern etc.
- Write API, and other middle-tier framework using relevant technologies (Java Spring / C# with message broker RabbitMQ / Kafka).
- Leverage open source and other technologies and languages outside of the core solution
- Researching 'off-the-shelf' products to see whether they'll be more suitable than building from scratch
- Design & implement multiple integration points among systems
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of production issues related to technical problems & scalability / performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven design skills, understanding of design patterns
- Proven hands-on experience with one of this programming language : Java (Spring) or C#
- Proven hands-on experience on :
- Coding REST API
- Coding using message broker : RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Design & implement RDBMS schema (normalization)
- Writing unit test
- Linux basic commands
- Git
- Knowledge on REST API security concept & design pattern : OAUTH, HMAC, API versioning, CORS, OpenAPI documentation / swagger, etc
- Having knowledge from the list below is a plus point :
- Knowledge on API gateway / reverse proxy : kong, nginx, tyk, etc
- Knowledge on NoSQL : elasticsearch, mongodb, etc
- Knowledge on cloud : e.g. GCP, AWS
- Knowledge on monitoring tools : grafana, prometheus, nagios, etc
- Knowledge on devops tools : ansible, docker, sonarqube, jenkins, vault, etc
- Have strong leadership skills, able to coach technical teams while actively interfacing with other leaders
- Have strong technical communication skills
