Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures over-all customer service management and processes
- Ensures service quality in handling client orders and service requests
- Will do process improvement and standardization as need
- Will handle business relation management and vendor management
- Can do Service Engineering and technology road mapping
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Administration
- With at least 3 years of experience handling Operations in a Managerial Capacity
- Must possess Customer Service Management
- Highly Process Oriented
- Keen on details
- Tech-savvy
- Strong and effective leadership and management skills
- With good presentation and negotiation skills
- Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
