Accounting Operations Supervisor  

Supervises a group of accounting clerks and/or lower-level accounting professionals performing basic accounting and bookkeeping activities, such as preparing and posting entries to the general ledger, balancing statements and financial reports. Assist the controller in the following responsibilities such as hiring, performance appraisal, and pay review, however, may assist with such decisions and activities:

Primarily responsibilities on working in handling the full set of accounting functions:

• Preparation and review monthly of journal entries
• Preparation and review of monthly accounts reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly trending trial balance analysis
• Preparation of quarterly close package and participation in calls with Corporate
• Preparation of tax template
• Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast and quarterly cash flow baseline
• Preparation audit schedules as required by an external auditor
• Ensure compliance on statutory requirements such as filing of audited financial statements; withholding tax and Income Tax returns
• Daily supervision of staff

• Knowledgeable in Accounting System
• With 3 years experience in the related field
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while meeting critical deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Good documentation and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office
