Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bank Reconciliation; review cash deposits and cash receipts journal entries
- Month-end, Quarter-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L analysis
- Monthly variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy of Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance internal policies
- Manage fixed assets.
- Prepare journal entries for accruals
- Assist in tax preparations and filing activities
- File and maintain documents to support entries for internal and audit purposes
- Assist and provide a guide to improve processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by Controller
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of general ledger accounting experience required.
- Strong Microsoft skills especially excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
