Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support Sales Heads in business analytics and modeling
- Benchmark and analyze sales by channel, customers to provide insights to the sales trend, challenges and opportunities
- Benchmark, analyze and monitor sales and merchandising costs with savings recommendation (highlight opportunities based on benchmarking and analysis of data
- Provide insights on Sales & Merchandising financials to senior management
- Provide financial support on ad hoc Sales & Merchandising projects.
KPIs
- Sales Reports: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, YTD Monthly Sales Dashboard
- P&Ls: Channel, Key Customers, Principals
- Annual Trading Terms Tracker
- Monthly OPEX Report; monthly OPEX presentation to Sales leadership team with analytics and insights
- Annual Savings Tracker
- Business case modeling and analysis for Sales/Merchandising projects
- Financial Modelling for Sales/Merchandising Planning
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in 216 Banawe St., Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
