- Analyzing historical data and creating short-term forecast to be used in generating agent schedules.
- Generating efficient work schedules for the agents while balancing Service level goals personal preferences and labor rules.
- Leave Management.
- Generating official reports on attendance, productivity, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course;
- Has advanced knowledge in MS Excel and has at least basic knowledge in IEX;
- Eastwood site, Night Shift.
