Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage critical service desk incidents within SLA, providing leadership in troubleshooting.
- Plan, coordinate, structure, and execute complex tasks that involve multiple teams and technologies.
- Work with project managers to define and deliver project tasks on time and budget, tracking and reporting time as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related course.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in network design and implementation, administration and support.
- Network certifications will be an advantage.
