Senior SCCM Engineer  

The candidate is responsible for providing support globally for all regions (NA/EMEA/APAC) for our SCCM 2012 Infrastructure. The Engineer administers all Client Computing engineering activities including publishing, deploying and testing global packages, develops, oversees and implements test plans and reviews and automates manual processes whenever possible. Working on global deployment projects and rollouts and support different Site Support Teams in using SCCM 2012.

The Senior SCCM Engineer is expected to have a working knowledge of all End User Computing Management tools, utilities, policies, and procedures. In addition, he is working deeply with the internal Security Department on keeping the Patch level up-2-date.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience using Microsoft System Center 2007/2012 – namely Configuration Manager;
• Familiarity of project management principles;
• Experience in;
  • software and system implementation
  • creating technical documentation
  • scripting (VBScript, batch files, Install Script, etc.)
  • SQL queries and reporting
  • PowerShell
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory Group Policies, and Windows Servers;
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments;
• Ability to work effectively with business personnel at all levels;
• Demonstrated knowledge of application testing environments;
• In-depth working knowledge of enterprise supporting operating systems (Microsoft Windows 7/8 & Server 2003,2008,2012), and the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
• Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use future technology;
• Exercise independent judgment under minimum of supervision;
• Excellent communication skills and strong spoken English is preferred due to the global nature of this role;

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

• Microsoft SCCM and associated suite products both 2007 & 2012 versions
• VBScript, hta script
• Image builds experience using MDT or similar technologies
• Knowledge of SQL
• WMI
• Powershell
